①Print necessary parts

The STL files provided on this page are for the 8-channel ERCF V2.
They include the selector RGB light module.
It is assumed that you are using the BTT MMB CAN Board instead of a remote host.
The Voron Team has provided the following print guidelines for you to follow in order to have the best chance at success with your parts. There are often questions about substituting materials or changing printing standards, but we recommend you follow these.
Setting | Recommendation |
---|---|
By this time, you should have already downloaded our STL files from the Voron GitHub. You might have noticed that we use a unique naming convention for the files. Here's how to interpret them:
PRIMARY COLOR
Example: z_joint_lower_x4.stl
These files will have no special identifier at the start of the filename.
ACCENT COLOR
Example: [a]_tensioner_left.stl
We add “[a]” to the front of any STL file intended to be printed with accent color.
QUANTITY REQUIRED
Example: [a]_z_belt_clip_lower_x4.stl
If a file ends with “_x#”, it indicates the quantity of that part required to build the machine.
OPAQUE COLOR
Example: [o]_stealthburner_LED_diffuser_mask.stl
The “[o]” prefix indicates that the file should be printed using opaque filament.
TRANSLUCENT COLOR
Example: [c]_stealthburner_LED_diffuser_cut_2.stl
The “[c]” prefix indicates that the file should be printed using translucent filament.
ADDITIONAL NOTES
The suffix "by_SIBOOR" on some STL files indicates that these files differ from the original VORON design or the original MOD design and are specifically tailored for the SIBOOR KIT.
The prefix "[Two-color]" indicates that the STL file requires printing with two different colors of ABS filament.

Linear_Axis/【Linear_Axis_10mm_Idler_Block】 - SIBOOR equipped the kits shipped in September with CNC high-precision idler blocks, with a total height of 10mm. The old stock is 9mm, so please check before printing.
How Should I Print the Many Files in This Folder?
Identify Your Extruder Type First, confirm whether you are using the original Stealthburner CW2 or the Galileo 2 extruder.
Files for the former will have a prefix of SB, while the latter will have a prefix of G2E.
If a file does not include either prefix, it is considered universal.
Select the Correct STL Files Choose the appropriate STL files from the Hotends folder based on the type of hotend you are using.
Do I Need to Print All Files in the 1/2/3/4 Prefix Folders?
1: The STL corresponds to the extruder gear entry and exit, both equipped with limit switches.
2: The STL only has a limit switch installed at the extruder gear entry.
3: The STL only has a limit switch installed at the extruder gear exit.
4: The STL has no limit switches installed.
Since the SIBOOR ERCF V2 can detect whether the filament has reached the extruder gear entry through the encoder, we assume that you only need to print the 3 folder, which corresponds to installing a limit switch at the extruder gear exit.
If you plan to install the ERCF V2 onto the SIBOOR VORON 2.4, there is a folder specifically for this kit. You only need to print the files from that folder.
